How does shipping work for kits?

For the US, the shipping rate you will see includes tariffs. This combined price for one kit is around $15 USD. If you are purchasing multiple kits, the shipping price will increase by around $7 USD for each additional kit, to account for tariffs.

Kits and original hoops have to be shipped separately as kits have tariffs, and original hoops qualify for CUSMA. You can purchase them at the same time, but will be charged shipping on both products to cover the separate costs.

In Canada, UK, and Australia, shipping for kits is a flat fee for any number of kits, which you will see before checking out. I've managed to get UK & AUS shipping lower than before - yay!

If you are in CAN/UK/AUS and purchasing both a kit and hoop at the same time, Shopify will charge you shipping rates for both as there is currently no option to avoid this (boo!). In these cases I will refund you the kit shipping price so you aren't paying any extra.

What are the rules for choosing letter beads for kits?

Please add the custom phrase of your choice to the personalization box on the product page before you check out. For your phrase to fit nicely in a 3” hoop and still have room for embellishments, please keep it under 20 letters, with no word longer than 8 letters. You can also request a letter bead with a heart on it if you want to include that in your hoop. Numbers are not available at this time. If there is any issue with your phrase, I will reach out to you via email.

Do you take commissions?

Not at this time, but I will make an announcement if I decide to open up to custom orders at a later date. I am currently open to working with brands!

Are there tariffs on US orders?

Shipments of original, hand embroidered hoop art to the US are tariff-free as handmade products are CUSMA/USCMA compliant.

Do you accept returns?

Digital items cannot be returned. Hoop and kit orders can be cancelled in extenuating circumstances ONLY before being packaged and shipped and will be on a case by case basis.
