Do you take commissions?

Not at this time, but I will make an announcement if I decide to open up to custom orders at a later date.

How can I see un-redacted template photos?

All digital download orders come with the clear, uncensored images for you to follow along with! 

Are there tariffs on US orders?

Shipments to the US are tariff-free as handmade products are CUSMA/USCMA compliant. All shipping is a flat fee. 

Do you accept returns?

Digital items cannot be returned. Hoop orders can be cancelled in extenuating circumstances ONLY before being shipped.
